Description

I bought this forum in November 2007, for $11,600.  The domain name is premium (itself is worth a lot), and a niche market.  I started improving the website up until April, and now; I don’t have more time to work on the site due to a career change.

The potential is very high with this forum, since it’s a business, finance, money making niche.

When I first bough it, it was a PR 4, but since I did a complete revamp of the site (new theme, vbSEO setup and optimization), I think Google reduced the PR to 3 since during the shifting phase (many urls changed).  The previous owner was using Zoints for SEO which is free, but I purchased a copy of vbSEO.

I haven’t really tried to generate revenue from the site, even though I received many enquiries about advertising on the forum.

Awstats is more realistic than GAnalytics.

I haven't tried to generate revenue because i was focusing on improving the forum since my purchase.

    >> Awstats is more realistic than GAnalytics.

errr.. what? GA is far better at gouging actual human traffic figures than awstats. The fact that you chose to show awstats instead of GA shows that real human traffic probably is much lower than what it should be. Anybody with any experience would pick up on this. From the traffic sources screenshot it looks like you got just under 10k visits. Is this for the last month?
