Or do i own everything on this site? also some of the pages dont work that i try to go in. e.g. Web design, SSL certificates and a few more dont even show up, are they just disabled for this auction? Thanks a lot sorry for all the questions just want to get it right the first time.

No its not a reseller is you could use reseller hosting but i recommend having a dedicated server. I have got one that can be transferred over to the buyer if needed the cost is $165 a month fully managed.
The blank pages are for third party products so i have left them blank as the new owner will wont to pick which third party products they want to promote. I can recommend which once i would use and all so set up the pages for the new owner if they want.
