I'm selling this site because I have no longer time to update it.

Site is not monetized, but I think there's a huge potential with adding affiliate links to the products reviewed.

With no revenue I highly doubt someone will pay even the starting bid. Are you willing to accept lower offers?

With almost 500 RRS subcribers, tens of thousands of monthly visitors and thousands of backlinks, this site is worth way over the starting bid. About a year ago when I was actively updating the site (3 new posts per day) site received thousands of visitors every day.

I did a little basic math - if you have 30,000 page views a month and get a 3% click rate on adsense with a $.05 per click that would equate to $45 per month for revenue. Even selling at a premium 15X to the normal 10X monthly revenue that would bring the price to $675

If you would consider a lower offer let me know.

I have to agree it would be crazy selling for 2k. Let me know when you have reduced the price to below 1k

When I experienced with Adsense, I got around $0,20 per click.. this is not another MySpace resource or proxy site.

And there are also other ways to monetize a site besides Adsense. You are able to make $100 per month with just Text-link-ads. Then there's Kontera, Chitika, private ad sales and of course affiliate links. Funniestgadgets.com is basicly a blog which reviews different products, so affiliate links at the end of the reviews should work great.

And if you take some time to update this site few times a day, 100,000 pageviews per month is quite easy goal to achieve.

No BIN in mind. I have a long list of online stores selling all kind of weird and funny gadgets so I just scan their new stuff sections to find stuff my visitors would enjoy. Also visitors and companies suggest new stuff every now and then and few times companies have sent me their products to review.
I will reveal my sources to the buyer.
3 new posts per day took around 30mins per day.

The traffic has really dropped off from March/April of last year until this year? What did you do that drove traffic a year ago?

I just updated the site 3 times per day back then. I didn't advertise the site in any way or used any money in promotion, all traffic was from other sites linking to various posts on my site and from social sites like digg, stumbleupon, forums etc... Now also search engines are cathing up. This is why I believe that this site should be quite easy to get back to the 100,000 monthly pageviews, all it took was 30minutes per day and 3 posts.
Like you see now I have been updating this blog under 10 times per month for the last 10 months or so, and it's not enough to grow the momemtum to get more visitors. Eventhough I think there's still a nice amount of traffic for a blog updated so often.
