Description
This site is not a profitable site but has lots of potential if partnered with the right sites. Currently it only makes about $3 a day but Im also not really trying hard to monetize it at the moment.
What will make this site valuable to someone is the fact it has 36,361 original avatars that have been keyworded and categorized, plus over 1,000 submitted avatars still awaiting approval. There is a very original administrative view to the website which was built from the ground up.
The website currently receives between 1,500 and 2,000 unique visitors each day. Most of these visits come from partnered sites glitterfy.com and caption.it. Included in this sale is the guarantee that these sites will continue linking to avatarmagic for 1 year from date of sale the same way they link to the site now.

The website uses only PHP and MYSQL. It is hosted at BinaryInertia.com and can continue being hosted there for a fair rate. I was given a private deal at the time and can not say what hosting rate you would get but im sure it would be fair.
The administrative view to the website allows you to move or delete individual avatars or entire sub-categories, Change keywords for individual avatars, rename or delete sub-categories, add or remove the avatarmagic.com watermark and change the caption for each individual avatar. All of this is done while browsing the site as long as you are logged in as an admin.
There is a nifty search page. Theres a section that allows visitors to help identify un-known avatars.
The Avatar Personalization option is not included in this sale, and if you try to use it you will be asked to install Zango. This will not be included and there is no contract with Zango so it wont be any problem not keeping it on the website. The Glitterfy Image button will need to be kept if you wish to keep having the inbound link from Glitterfy.com.
The inbound links from Glitterfy.com and Caption.it will remain for 1 year after the date of sale. These sites make up about 80% of the inbound traffic to avatarmagic.com. Search engines make up for about 200-300 unique visits each day.
There is a feature when a visitor chooses to use an avatar that generates codes or instructions for myspace, msn, yahoo messenger, aim or windows.
Revenue Details
I used to make as much as $1,000 a month off this website but because of traffic numbers being lower and not upkeeping the site content and ad content it has dropped to about $100 a month. The most important thing to consider is that potential a site of this size has when upkept and monetized properly.

Traffic Details
My largest demographic are teenage girls. About 80% of the incoming traffic comes from two sites; caption.it and glitterfy.com. These sites will continue to maintain the same links for 1 year from the date of sale guaranteed.

I posted valueclick earnings for Feb March Apr. I actually make more than the $100/mo I posted as an estimate. I would probably say its around $120 /mo.

Are you the owner of caption.it and glitterfy.com? How can we be assureed that the 80% of traffic coming from these sites will not be turned off any time soon?

I co-own caption.it with a partner. This same partner owns glitterfy.com and has agreed to keep the link as it is now for the duration of one year from the date of sale. And I, of course, can personally guarantee the continuation of the link from caption.it. Sorry for the late reply, I'll make it email me next time someone comments.

I posted some new images. These show what it looks like when you are logged in as the admin. When you browse the website while logged in you see options to manipulate the content. Theres also a control panel for approving new content easily, viewing reported problems and more.
