Description

I launched a series of travel sites with nice .ca domains about a year ago (a year ago yesterday for the first four) with some custom content and simply left them and they've become profitable self-running sites in the meantime. Since I have no future intentions for them, I figure it's time to sell so someone else can take them off my hands.

The sites are as follows:

BathurstNewBrunswick.ca

DartmouthNovaScotia.ca

YarmouthNovaScotia.ca

MyNewWestminster.ca

PembrokeOntario.ca

GanderNewfoundland.ca

TruroNovaScotia.ca

The sites were launched exactly a year ago (4) and 11 months ago (4). The domains are registered with NamesPro.ca and can be transferred with a year's registration which they need anyway.

Revenue Details

Revenue comes from Google AdSense ads and has been increasing steadily - from $47.86 last month to $26.78 already this month, on pace for $60 or so.

This nice revenue comes from very few clicks thanks to the high paying keywords - I would advise the new owner to spend a little time with the ads to optimize for maximum revenue.

Traffic Details

Traffic comes solely from Google through directly related keywords (town/city name for example) and attached keywords such as travel, hotels, etc.

I didn't add traffic screenshots as I can't combine them like I can with AdSense but I will make seperate screenshots available if requested.

Please note that the traffic and revenue numbers are for the eight sites combined.

Sorry about that, I meant to have the revenue screens up already :) It will take me a bit to make separate Webalizer shots for each account so they'll be up later this evening.

Can the domains be transferred to NamesPro.com ? Will you move to new hosting?

I want to see the traffic referrers. Please attach that.

Alright, I've got combined revenue screens up and separate overview and referrer screens for three of the sites; my VPS is going to be down for a couple of hours shortly for maintenance, so bear with me as I get the rest online. To answer the questions:

The domains can be transferred anywhere you like, so long as they handle .ca names :)

I can most definitely transfer the sites for the new owner and stick around long enough to see that everything is setup and working 100%.

Alright, screens added for all sites showing an overview of Webalizer and referrers for April for each. Feel free to shoot any other questions (or offers) my way :)

Can the domains be pushed for free at NamesPro.ca ?

The push will need to include re-registration due to CIRA rules - they're up for it anyway. Assuming the package goes for a decent price, I wouldn't mind paying half of the fees - about $50 from me, $50 from the buyer.
