This is a small little site I put together nearly 2 years ago. On the main page the entire purpose is to get the visitor to fill in their information in order to receive access to an informative automated report.

The traffic to the site has died down quite a bit in recent months because I have completely ignored it. The SEO I did do to it was very minimal after I first built it - but it did rank top 10 for "weight charts" in google, and could very easily again if some effort was put into it.

At the end of the report page is a *GREAT* place to promote an existing fitness service as an affiliate. Possibly promoting a service like ediets.com, global-fitness.com, or any other fitness service that has an affiliate program could prove profitable.

Everything on the site is 100% custom designed and coded by me (php/mysql).

Also, it really doesn't earn anything as is via adsense due to the traffic being so low.  It just needs some targeted backlinks and then it can start to be profitable, as health/fitness eCPM is high.  You also have the affiliate marketing route to take as well.  Do both and it will make money.

Reason for selling = I simply know I won't ever focus attention towards this site, I've been out of the health/fitness industry for awhile now and I'm in the process of selling my health/fitness related sites.
