The site has been up for more then a year and was recently renewed for another year and has been going strong in google for more then 10 months now.
The site was given authoritative sitelinks at google but they are still being processed you can see this yourself if you want to i can provide access to my webmaster central at google.

Reason for selling
College fund and other upcoming expenses, basically I'm trying to liquidate all of my current assets that would need alot of attention later this year since I'm planning for college. I've chosen paypal and western union as payment choices because i have a few expenses coming up that i mentioned before really soon.

I only have Jan/Feb 08 stats
The months after that couldn't produce stats because of a screwup at the server. But i average around 10k uniques, its how i got the alexa

Feedburner says you have 225 RSS subscribers. Also, your Alexa is higher than it should be for the number of post, pagerank, and subscribers you have. Can you explain that?

There was a bug in feedburner's feed count the email subscribers weren't being counted

Did the blog have a different design to it designed by Unique Blog Designs? If so why isn't it currently using the design as shown on UBD's site?

The design you see right now is new. The design by UBD is still there but I'm not using it at the moment
