The theme is unique designed by a designer I paid. I am willing to work with the new owner as much as needed via phone, email, chat or whatever the new owner wants :) I won't stay on for guest posting because I don't have time. The domain it is included of course. The hosting it's not included however I can let you host the site 2-3 months on my host.

You said the site went live in March 2007, but articles only go back to Jan 2008, the same month the domain was registered with godaddy. Can you shed some light on the history and/or where are the posts from March 2007 - December 2007.

My mistake.. It is live from January. I also checked now analytics and I installed them on January 2008. I think I checked the wrong domain when I put the auction. The site was established on January 2008.
