I wrote the script from scratch and yes you get the rights to the script.
There is no traffic except from this auction, you can run this in a shared hosting, You need about 30seconds/day to run the aggregator thats all.

I am definitely interested in an event site.
However, this seems like a half hearted attempt at best.Couple of things I noticed,
1. There doesn't seem to be any to search events by category / date / time etc.
only location (even that is limited - i.e. no way of checking say in 5 mile radius.)
2. Details page doesn't have contact info or provision for adding email / web links phone #,
information about ticket how and where to get them.
3. Can you PM me a temp. login info -- I would like to check what kind of features it has? -

1. This is a event aggregator site, we currently do not aggregate the category and most of the events do not have a start time so its skipped.
2. About the events we get only the title, desc, date, location from upcoming currently we do not have a admin backend to edit this.
3. The app has only the frontend and the backend aggregator created we do not have a login system. -
