The sites run by themselves. There is almost no work in terms of maintenance.

    Hi,

Pls could you also send me the answers to hostlead's questions. Also, would the direct advertisers stay after the sale? Is the traffic of the websites trending up or down?

    Thanks.

Why are you stating 800k and 3M page views a month? I don't see that anywhere in the screenshots. Is there something I am missing? How far back do you have Google Analytics?

    1) is escrow a payment option?

    > No. We will issue a formal contract drafted by a lawyer to execute the agreement.

    2) why did you reject the previous BIN?

    > We are looking to capitalize as much as we can and want to open it up for bids. That said, we are looking for serious buyers with a track record and history.

    3) do you not update exceltip.com?

    > We still do but not as frequently. We have moved on to other projects.

    4) where do those excel tips come? are they user submitted or did you add them?

    > Both. We wrote most of the tips and solicited members of the community to submit others.

    5) how come there is basically nothing about excel 2003 and 2007?

    > There is a quite a bit about both (in fact a lot). Look through the site.

    6) what are the server specs?

    > They are dedicated servers from nexcess.net. Nothing too fancy in terms of hardware. If you are looking for specifics, please PM and I will try to get the info.

    7) Would the direct advertisers stay after the sale?

    > Absolutely. We will provide the contacts so the buyer can pursue other opportunities with the advertiser(s).

    8) How far back do you have Analytics

    > We have at least 12 months.

    Hi,

I have a question about the Forum, I see that the forum is in association with public.excel groups, what sort of association is this? "The messages in the forum will be replicated in google groups", does that happen with replies to the posts as well?

Just want to understand how is this forum associated with google group of Excel. This is for me to understand and predict possible maintenence requirements of forum.

    Thanks
    Ankur

I placed the BIN here. Then seller turned down my offer when I asked for income proof? No explaination at all? Do you expect people close a deal like that w/o any further info? Something definitely wrong here!
