Description
Selling wedding directory with over 290 categories and 400,000 pages.
The site pulls in through adsense minium of 1000 dollars a month. My high was 1400 a month. I would say 1100 a month is what I would base this site on.
The sites main money was going to come from advertising but after putting up adsense I sit back and collect 1100 dollars a month for doing no work.
It has a pr3 for you pr junkies.
It has 6 backlinks to it.
Point being I have not even tried to get backlinks yet. Nor promoted it.
I used to have listings on the site but one day I had a programer working on it and the listings dissapeared and my adsense shot up.
The db of listings is still there and cost me probaby 100 bucks to my programer to have them back up.
Just saw no point.
The code is messy for the site and uses tmpl templates and php coding.
To be 100 % honest unless you want to recode the site or you are handy with php I would look at buying this site to promote it get backlinks and earn adsense revenue.
My theory is if its bringing in 1100 a month with no backlinks and no promotion .. How much is it capable of.
I'm not desperate to sell this site as it pays my mortgage every month for doing zero work.
They say a website is worth 4 to 5 times the yearly gross.
My reserve will be close to that.
Again the potential for adsense income is very large with backlinks and promotion.
It has a admin panel ... I can and will show you how it works but again I would reccomend leaving the site alone and concentrate on backlinks and promotion.
The only coding that needs to be fixed in the admin is the listings.
That would cost 100 dollars and I can give the programer a e-mail for you.
Also has some great top keyword listings.

I have 3dstats as a service for measueing traffic.
I don't have the code up any more. I do have stats from 2007.
More then welcome to have a look.
Some months dropped to like 25 uniques because site was being worked on and code was not in place.
Pretty much the money it earns every month is the proof.
I stopped looking at traffic and started looking at adsense revnues daily.

Ok its uploaded.
Jan to the present.
You can see its over 1000 a month easy.
Since the total is 5k and thats for 4 months and 6 days.

You should blank out the middle 3 columns. It is against google tos to show that data. Also, can you post the channel or url data as this could be aggregate across many sites.

Far as channels or urls .. I will list them with a screenshot.
I have another wedding site that is brand new and I am using that as a channel also but it has no clicks or any revenue from it that went towards towards revenue for this site.
I have a page that shows this but but sure if I can post that page without violating the TOS.

PR is 3 .. Stats and referrers I only have from onths agao and google has updated so referrers are usless.
We removed our 3dstats code months ago when working on site.

Sorry not lowering the startng as the reserve is well above it.
Like I stated not in rush to sell and if it doesn't I plan to get heavily into getting backlinks and promote it.
Only 6 backlinks and its producing over a grand a month.
Anyone with SEO knowledge knows at minium with some backlinks you could double the monthly revenue.
Not to mention if you put or had listings fixed and put back up on site advertisers were e-mailing me all the time to advertise at 120 a year.
Have about 70 e-mails of people wanting to advertise.
Just when the listings were taken off my adsense went up ... so for not having to do any work what so ever and pay my mortgage every month I was happy.
So this will either sell or I will get serious and get this site moving with some serious authority backlinks.
