Our second source of members comes from SEO searches with industry specific words such as model zone, allmodelzone, all models, model mayhem, modelmayhem, ashley dupre, photographer, etc. Searches result in about 30% of our traffic.
Lastly, we have been listed in thousands of websites where people send their visitors to view their profiles and work.
Being listed in news articles and television coverage has resulted in traffic as well.

I wish I could answer that. Nobody really clicks them as targeted as they are. AdSense to us is more or less SenseLess for the future. Waste of space for such chump change on valuable real estate. Our competitors also dropped AdSense, which has us considering the same. However, with Hydra, we have had well over 700 clicks within 9 days of opening it up.

If you can show solid, consistent, recurring revenue as you state in your memberships, and descriptions. This site should be around 18-24 months x the monthly average (so let's assume $3k based on the above for sake of argument) in fair asking price.
I did briefly skim the site, but would need to see all the screen shots to be 100% on the true value. But that is a guide. It's worth more than $1, and 1000.00 easily.

Barefootsies I will compile various screen shots tommorrow and post them.
As for the asking price, the site is currently earning $32k per year. We average $3k per month. With the fluctuations of slow and high times, this is based soley on membership rebills and does not include outside advertising revenue. We had just partnered with Hydra, so we do not have enough time to compile revenue generated from that. ANY advertising sales, would greatly increase the sites revenue.
The reserve is not much different than the buy it now price.
The site IS already a fully operational business, and is the primary online modeling site for Europe, and one of the stongest in the US. However, our lack of connections within the advertising industry has hampered us with establishing large advertising contracts for the site. If the buyer has any better luck, This site would be generating 250k within a year or two of establishing those contracts. So we hope the buyer has better luck in that department than we did.

As for this post by Flummox, there is NO TRADMARK infringement.
As it currently stands, their lawfirm issued a letter of intent, they were contacted, and at the moment, ModelMayhem now stands to lose THIER trademark. The name Model Mayhem is too generic and a woman named Paula Mahoney is being brought to answer for this approval by the bar.
There is nothing further against AllModelZone.com. so your sabotage post is simply irrelevant.

Lastly, Chris Ambler aka, Flummox, is the owner of a competitor site. Also the creator of ANOTHER copy of an AllModelZone section with his intended May launch of another part of AMZ already in existence.
