I am Selling http://www.oxyhostsfree.com . This is a 7 month old Free Hosting Site with over 7K members and rising by the day. The revenue for this site comes from various sources described in the next section.
The site was established in September, 2007.
This site is an ideal buy for someone who wishes to establish himself in the free hosting // web hosting industry. The free hosting industry itself holds a lot of potential to expand and earn $$$
This website runs on one of the most famous LayeredPanel scripts and thus, can handle a large amount of traffic and a large number of sites on a low end server, thus increasing the profit margins!
I am including in this sale a LayeredPanel license with upgrades and 3 months support, total worth $265
The only issue with holding such a website is to comply with the Abuse Complaints which I have not received in the past 2 months. I spend about 20 to 40 minutes a day, monitoring the new accounts for phishing content.
The site is currently PageRank 3 and the Alexa ranking too has been rising by the day.
The only reason why I am selling this is because I am expanding my paid hosting services and thus require funds for the same.

Google Adsense
I have placed Adsense on a few locations - main website and inside our member control panels.
Adsense on the user control panel are Referal Ads
Total adsense earnings for April up till 21st April are :
$54.98 + $31.05 = $86.03
Kontera
Kontera ads are forced by default in every account, our main site and also our forums. I have made $98.60 in April through Kontera
WebHostingBuzz Affiliate Program
We are using WebHostingBuzz's affiliate program which pays out $175/commission.
I've had a total of 3 sales since I put up WHB program in Mid March, hence the total earnings are :
175x3 = $525 + $10 bonus = $535
So, deducting the cost for the server each month, net profit comes out to be $500 +/mo.
There are 2 to 3 ways to increase the revenue from this site and I would teach the new owner the ways to do this and also the tips and tricks to get sign up on this site.
Before the WHB program i have also tried the HostiCan program and also have had a few users sign up on my paid host. There are approximately 2 to 4 or 5 upgrades a month.
