the revenue is coming from affilaite referrals ans well as advertisers and paid posts.
most of the traffic is coming from google and posts like

What do you have to do with the hosting?
Support, customer service, billing etc?How much time do you work on the site a week?

hosting doesnt take much time since its all set up. the WHMCS does everything for you. billing , activation , account setup etc
i work on it about 2 - 4 hours average a day. sometimes less
a month i would spend 50 - 100 on advertising after i did the initial 500
