Complainers.co.uk (also sold with redirecting domain name Complainers.org.uk).
Page Rank of 4, site established/live since July 2006.
Approx. current UV rate of 2200 unique visitors average per month (screenshots of stats can be supplied for 2007/2008 to date).
Currently: Almost 350 registered members on the forum and approaching 4000 posts, with fantastic potential for future growth.
Complainers! runs using a Invision Power Board (IPB 2.3) & MySQL database, with a unique and customised 'skin' (forum design) theme created just for Complainers! by me (included in sale).
Google.co.uk returns Complainers.co.uk as the 1st listing on Page 1 for a search of "complainers" & the 2nd result for "complainer".
NB: Buyer to pay Nominet transfer fees on the .uk domain names (see Nominet.org.uk for info), I will supply a .zip package of all site/forum (.php) files required, plus a copy of the MySQL database. I will also assist with the transfer of ownership as required and within a reasonable/agreed framework to suit both seller and buyer. No web hosting is included in this sale.
The buyer is responsible for the ongoing costs of the IPB forum licence (see www.invisionboard.com for more info) & the current IPB Copyright Removal Licence is not included in this sale.
I reserve the right to end this auction and withdraw the site from sale at anytime, as it has also been listed for sale elsewhere.
Revenue Details
Complainers! has fantastic potential for earning future revenue - the current amount is inconsistent and gained only via Google Ad clicks.
Currently, there are no paid forum subscription packages or features and with the right expertise at the helm, the forum has the capacity to earn monthly revenue via paid forum packages as well as further Google Ad placement and development.
