I'm interested in the site, but I have a few questions.
For example, were is the income going to come from? Adsense?
Besides, in "The Loan Cycle", it talks about the organization KIVA. Is there any actual relation between Kiva and the Social Lending Group? Is Kiva aware of this? Thanks.

Description
New person to person lending business for sale.
P2P lending or social lending website allows people to pool their funds together and lend them to a borrower.
http://sociallendinggroup.comSocialLendingGroup.com enables people to help people via person too person lending. A new report released by Javelin Strategy & Research closely examines the recent growth of person-to-person lending (P2P) and reveals its primary users, their motivations and the potential impact on banks. Javelin predicts that the demand for person-to-person lending services to pay off credit card debt may grow from $38 billion to $159 billion over the next five years.
The main consumer groups turning to person-to-person lending are young adults and higher income groups. Both consumers age 25-34 and those with incomes over $150K are equally willing to offer or accept person-to-person loans.
We see a surge in popularity among younger consumers because theyre accustomed to interacting in the social media space and also used to transacting online, said Jean Garascia, an analyst with Javelin Strategy & Research. Those two factors, plus their desire to help others, make person-to-person lending very appealing.

Hello Londinese,
Thank you for your interest. There is no relation to Kiva other than kiva is the model I used to based the site function from. Kiva is one of the 5websites in existance currently that makes over 1million per year earnings.
Profits come from each loan and could come from ppc or other advertisement if you wish to have that implemented.
Thanks

Your website does not give any info on how the money is handled. Who handles the money and loan payments?
