Description

It was owned by Matt Colyer a renowned SEO. Bought it for a good amount. But I am not easy with SEO stuffs so, was running as free link exchange directory and with some SEO tools. But could not concentrate on that portal much, so targeted traffic getting wasted, as I get a few calls per month about if we are offering any SEO service or not. Also SEO stuffs can be sold from the site.

If properly developed with a revenue model, can generate a good traffic conversion ratio, as traffic on the website is hugely targeting web masters and also keywords are helping it to get those traffic from many sources.

$5k for this 2000UV/month, PR0 site with no revenue is way too much... (to my opinion...)

Actual unique hits per month are more than 2k, and also it was PR 5 before last Google PR update. But, yea - got a google slap, as it is reciprocal link exchange site. Opportunity of the site is actually selling SEO products or services which is I am not accustom with - so selling the site. Sites keywords are still in position. But I am afraid - if I can not concentrate on the site, I am going to loose those keywords sooner in competition - so selling it.

Sorry about the Google slap man - that sucks. Perhaps start bidding at $500 and Buy it now for $5,000 might be a better ball park.
