How do you send money to the warehouse in India? How do you know once you send them the money that they will actually ship the order? Have you gone to the warehouse to meet your supplier and test the quality of their products?
How many orders have you shipped so far? How many customers do you have in your database (customers who have actually bought a wholesale order)?

I have about 126 customers in the database. I have tested the merchandise etc. My Indian guy is trustworthy. In three months with me I probably made him more money than he ever saw in a year. He is very keen to continue.
As in every business occassionally customers get pissed off. For example one order had some broken pipes. I just issued free credit off the next order. That way you never lose money. It forces the customer to order again...even if its at cost prce its better than giving refunds I dont believe in cash refunds as its a wholesale business.
The site also comes with a very handy "Live Support" feature. I just used to leave this running on my secretary's computer and she would just answer any queries while she worked. This feature has gotten me so many sales, so I recommend you use it religiously. You can just leave it running on your PC while you work. You just need web access.
Any way. I will try to answer any queries, its very difficult for me at the moment to find internet access so please be patient..

its hemp based products etc totally different products and supplier to planetbongs. I have not developed the marketing of it so its not had many sales. In fact it only had 1 lol.
But its up for grabs for $500. If bidders are worried that it operates in competition, I will consider shutting it down all together.

On the statement i noticed many of the transactions are less than $750. Are those transactions not directly related to individual sales or does that $750 min purchase rule not always apply?

Well the rule is up to me so sometimes you get orders of $500 say. Now I tell them they need to order more and they do 90% of the time
