Kortaz.com is a premium proxy listing site that has gained increasing popularity over the past few months. From its humble beginnings until now, Kortaz.com has slowly but surely become one of the webs most well known proxy listing websites.
Recently the site has undergone a complete makeover that has provided increase stability, automated payments and link submission and a simple admin control panel.
By offering both free and paid proxy listing placements, Kortaz.com has the advantage of receiving revenue whilst also building quality, related backlinks.
As a result, the site is now PR4 (predicted PR5) with over 3,400 related backlinks and requested nearly 14,000 times per day, mainly due to its fantastic search engine rankings.
Revenue is earned through featured proxy listings, Adversal pop-unders and Media Jump Quick Links, an alternative to Googles Adsense.

Originally the site was hosted on a $3.95 package at HostNine.com but they have gone complete downhill and I decided to move. The site runs on a VPS provided by CheapVPS.co.uk and costs $60 per month however I host a number of my other sites on there.
As the site is not a proxy it does not require huge amounts of bandwidth so I am sure you could purchase an adequate hosting package for $10 - $30 per month.
No promotion is done on the site apart from a monthly post at Digital Point Forums which is free.

The scripts is 100% unique and custom coded. I will provide the buyer with the details of the coder in the event they wish to add new features to the site.
The template for the site is a free one, I paid for the backend. The buyer will get full rights to the script.
Both free and paid submissions wait in an approval area to be looked. The webmaster can check that the site has a backlink placed on it to www.kortaz.com before approving a submission.
Whenever someone submits a paid submission, I receive an e-mail from the site and also from paypal (once they've paid).
Whenever some submits a paid or free submission, they receive an automatic e-mail saying they must have a linkback to www.kortaz.com and that the validation process takes 24-48 hours.
As you can see from the images, the site is very simple to operate and edit.

Here are some further questions which I have received and think would be good to share...
>> Will you provide any support for the site? - Off course! I will help and teach you how to use the admin panel (it is very easy) and share as much information as I can in order to ensure you are setup correctly.
>> Did you buy a script or is it coded by you? - As previously stated, the script is 100% uniquely coded and I'll give you the programmer's details if you want to add extra features to the site.
>> Do you have any other stats beside webalizer? - Unfortunately the site doesn't have AWStats but seemingly Webanalyser is better which is what you can see on the attached image.
>> Do you have any more adsense stats? No, I personally use Media Jump's Quick Links as they provide me with a higher CTR. They are a good alternative to Adsense. I can certainly post up some screenshots of my earnings but I can't show you Kortaz.com's earnings separately as they are all couple together.
The site is PR4 predicted PR5 so you could even sell some footer links on the site or replace the area's that have the Quick Links and put Widget Bucks banners etc.
