Firstly the best thing about this site is I update it maybe once or twice a week, and also keep my SEO and marketing active with it and it does not take much time at all to run, 2-4 hours a week and this site can sit on auto i.e. make money with out you working on it!!! If you don't know about the star the site is relating to content is very easy to make or cheap to buy. hello no the news articles are done by hand and then added to the various pages,
this is not done off a back end, I find when you make a site with your own content it acquires much better ranks in comparison to a back end style site that has similar content all over the internet their ranks are much lower due to the back end feed.
Unique content is much much better.
Content is very easy to make just search for plies on google news, plies myspace site, plies official blog, popular hip hop sites such as "all hip hop .com" or just on any news site in general, and make your own articles in reference to plies.
News on Plies comes up every day due to the popularity of him.
I guess if you knew how to add a back end to the site it could be done quite easily but in terms of ranking atm it is working quite well with the set up I have running, very stable ranks for the last 3 months.

How much do you money do you spend on SEO and marketing/advertising? Do you outsource? Will you be providing that info upon sale?

Hello I spend a small amount on SEO and marketing each month around $100 as most I do myself.
Yes I do outsource some of the SEO, and yes I can provide information on these people.
The things I out source are social bookmarking submissions, directory submissions, any link building based things.

hello their has been a lot of Seo/marketing work done to this site which cost a lot of money.
The CTR is around 6-9% Average.
ECPM is not off the charts its around 8 dollars,
clicks per day around around 200-300 or so on average.
