Tell us a little about yourself. What’s your background? How did you start the business?
I am the co-founder of Viceroy Group which creates DTC brands in the health and wellness market. Over the past 12 months, we have grown from nothing to a 100% remote and globally distributed team of nearly 50 people all while growing from 0 to 8 figures in revenue without funding or investor capital. I worked in Shopify before and always been involved in eCommerce ventures. We started Viceroy Group with other 2 Ex Shopify employees to create high impact brands in the health and wellness space. Smartcover is one of our brands that we have decided to sell to generate a seed fund for a saas project.

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?
All the marketing run on his own with 3 people. Customer service is 3 people too. I am not involved in the day to day operations anymore as everything from supply chain to growth is automated with little manpower needed.
What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?
Everything is set up correctly. If someone has his own marketing team and customer support they can easily take over or the people working on this project can continue to work under the new owner

What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?
Started with selling the UK made nanotechnology mask, then moved in October to other products to diversify the portfolio, due to regulation in Germany we created the first FFP2 reusable which is still selling right now in Germany. Currently, the brand is positioned in travel and lifestyle with some new products and bundle offers.

Facebook, Taboola and Outbrain. Since FB IOS14 we have reverted back to the emails while we are figuring out how to scale again
