Tell us a little about yourself. What’s your background? How did you start the business?

Practical software engineer and in the industry for almost 20 years. We developed Ignitur to solve common problems with client management in the web marketing niche and did so by building a project management tool that is tailored to marketing professionals.

As a SaaS business, what can you tell us about your Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
From our experience, subscribers that adapt are Ignitur as a tool stick for years. The CAC can vary based on the marketing plan and the desired velocity of subscribers’ acquisition.

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?

Social media.
Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?

Currently, I spend around two hours/week but I don’t really do much to grow Ignitur due to other commitments. My developers spend more time maintaining the platform.

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?

Passive income.

What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?

Alpha has been completed around 2018, Beta in 2019 and they launch with some organic marketing.

Monthly subscription-based model.

Social media and some organic.

Currently, we don’t have any active marketing.

One enthusiastic and motivated individual + the development team that is currently in place, but the new buyer always has the option to hire a new team if this is what they want.
