I am a marine engineer by education. I sailed with Shell for 5 years. I started my Ecom journey 6 years back. I have been running this business since Nov 2019.

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?
We are marketing on Google and Facebook. 95% of customers are from the USA and the rest from other English speaking countries.

I normally work for 10 hours a week. We have a team of 3 in the customer care team. Fulfilment is automated and taken care of by an agent in china.
What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?
Running of ads, ordering inventory on weekly basis, launching new products and interacting with the team.
