A serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the SaaS business world. Founded, bought, and sold several businesses.
I bought this business in 2006 when it was just a POC with minimal features and almost no customers

No physical products, it’s a SaaS business
What can you tell us about your Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
The current LTV is $840, I don’t keep track of CAC however marketing expenses are neglectable, and most customers are coming from organic sources
How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?
The website articles are very well indexed, most customers are coming from organic sources, and the WordPress plugin
Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?
The business is mostly automated. There are a few support/pre-sales tickets per day that don’t take long (usually up to 20 minutes).
From time to time there’s a need to adjust some small technical things, there’s a developer that can continue with the new owner.
What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?
Get familiar with the business, no special skills are needed.

Can you list a few opportunities for a potential new owner to continue growing the business?
Paid marketing was never my strong side, there’s a real opportunity to grow the business with proper marketing
What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?
With a subscription-based model and very good customer loyalty, the business is seeing constant growth since day 1.
How does this business make money? What are the current revenue streams?
Customer subscriptions and recurring add-ons. The business also offers a white label solution for resellers that resell the service to their clients.
What marketing channels are most profitable for the business?
Organic and WordPress plugin
How does the business currently acquire customers and what is your breakdown for marketing costs?
Most customers are coming from organic sources. There’s a low-volume PPC campaign (ranges between $300-$800 per month).
How big is your current team? How many people does it take to run this business?
Only me, the business owner. I have a part-time developer (that’s usually working on my other projects) for technical adjustments, which is very low volume – usually a few hours per month. He can continue as needed.
