I’ve been in Product Management for 5 years and eCommerce for the past 2 years. This eCommerce business was started during covid to get rid of back and neck tension. It slowly expanded into the beauty and wellness niche.

As an eCommerce business, where are your products made?

All products are manufactured in China under our engineering guidance.

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?

No marketing is required. Since winning client contracts, the client does the marketing.

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?

The business takes 2hrs a day to complete the orders however more during Nov and Dec. A customer service rep is already on the team.

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?

Keep open communications with clients. Complete incoming client orders.
