Tell us a little about yourself. What’s your background? How did you start the business?

Hi, my name is Sagar Baranwal and I’m from Varanasi, a city in North India. I am an Engineer by education who worked as a project manager & managed operations for a company based in New Delhi, now own a Digital Marketing Training Centre based in India & a few other Online businesses. It all started when I was doing a regular 9 to 6 and started freelancing.

What can you tell us about your Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

We have had a CLV for the last two years of $1100. CAC is usually $180.

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?

This business has different Revenue streams that include asset sales, training & services. For training, we run ads and it has been the face of the entire business so far. We have customers around the globe majority from the US, India, Australia. We also have a strong organic presence in search engines. Most of the enquiries are organic.

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?

Since I left my job (2.5 years back) I have been managing it and daily owner involvement is 2-3 hours which includes client consulting & managing the team. I am looking to expand the business & team so that the current revenue can be increased to 20X within 2 years.

Can you list a few opportunities for a potential new owner to continue growing the business?

There are a lot of potential opportunities for the business. Expanding the training module & Asset Sale via advertisements. I would like to discuss this with the new owner/Investor directly.

What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?

Since its launch, we have trained 185+ worldwide through our classroom program & 1-2-1 Online mentoring session. Also business has managed to sell digital assets worth $40K in the last 2 years.

What marketing channels are most profitable for the business?

We have been actively doing Gads & Content marketing that makes this business more profitable.

How does the business currently acquire customers and what is your breakdown for marketing costs?

Monthly marketing cost is between $120-$180 per month & acquires customers organically and using some advertisements.

How big is your current team? How many people does it take to run this business?

So far we are a team of 3 people and 2 new interns hired recently.

What’s the reason for selling your business on Flippa?

I am looking to expand this business and grow the revenue by at least 20X in the next 2 years since it has a lot of potentials and I am actively running it. I am ready to share the equity with the investor. I am also ready to do all the paperwork.
