Tell us a little about yourself. What’s your background? How did you start the business?
I was an Amazon seller for years, so I was very knowledgeable about how Amazon works, so I figured out a way to make easy money through eBay with that information. So, after trial and error for a couple of years, found the easiest and least risky way to buy items from Amazon and sell them on eBay.
As an eCommerce business, where are your products made?
I sell items on different categories and brands, the only factor for me is the high-profit margin.
What can you tell us about your Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Since I am selling on eBay, the only cost is the eBay fees. I don’t do advertising at all.
How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?
Only on eBay.
Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?
Currently, I am spending about 10 hours per week. But, my business model can be expanded easily with spending more time. Because the operation requires buying, listing and packing. I have an almost unlimited capacity on my eBay account, so listing more items equal more sales.
What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?
After many years of experience in this market, I found and built a great system to manage the business, So, it will be pretty easy for the new owner to operate this business.
This business includes everything they need to operate it. The only thing the new owner needs is a space to hold the inventory.
