I start business 1/5 year ago and I have been very successful on it, now just because of some personal issue I have to see the business.

Products are scuba diving Equipment and customers are scuba divers or free divers.

Yes all assets are owner-operated and you can handle everything on your own, you don’t need a very big team, you had to just have stock and warehouse for stocking, and after that, you just need to be fulfilled the items after order which is courier coming to your door for pick up.

Nothing, all ready to use, just 4-time meetings enough to train them.
