I had an interest in projectors. After doing some research on Amazon affiliate referral websites, I determined it could be a good niche for a content website. I added content to the website (on my own and hired freelancers) on a weekly basis for a couple of years and watched the traffic grow!

The site has gained traffic purely from SEO. Good content and lots of it has driven traffic from search engines over the past 5 years.

The site is owner-operated. For the first couple of years of the website, I added content on a weekly basis. For the past few years, the website has been running on its own with passive income.

Not much! Content can be added and updated if the new owner wants or they can earn income passively.
