The business is nearly fully-automated by our great virtual assistants, Ann and Mary. They are well experienced in customer support (email, chat, social media) and marketing (email marketing, SMS, push campaigns, social media), managing the day-to-day work with efficiency and proficiency. Every VA has daily routines, from responding to customers to creating new email marketing campaigns and posting on social media. They are also in contact with our fulfilment partner for any issue that comes up (e.g changing ring sizes, product defects, special requests from customers, etc) and making sure that there are no delays in shipping along the way.
Making sure everything is running smoothly takes around 3 hours a week.
