Seeing a Gap in an Industry and Fulfilling it with Frankie Snobel

This week our host Steve McGarry sits down with Drinks Industry Entrepreneur and Exited Founder of Tipplesworth, Frankie Snobel. To start the show Steve and Frankie dive into her journey into business, and how her love of cocktails and a need to feel passion for her work everyday led to the company she created, Tipplesworth. Steve asks her to talk about some of the details about the steps she took in the business before the Diageo acquisition, and how the initial conversation began. Frankie discusses what she did right after the exit, how she worked as a consultant for them for a couple of years after, and how she is breaking a promise to herself as she begins to create another business.

Frankie has over a decade of experience working as a cocktail mixologist, journalist and presenter. She launched the world’s first “cocktail case” after spotting the gap in the home cocktail market, and she strategically pivoted into grocery and bars with her bottled cocktail mixers before the business was acquired by Diageo.
