Episode 99

Building Tech Brands with Estelle Lloyd

This week our host Steve McGarry sits down with Estelle Lloyd, who specializes in building Education Technology brands. The two start the show talking about what got her into entrepreneurship, and how she remembers having the same mindset since being a child. Estelle talks about a class she took during her Executive MBA at Columbia University that was taught by an entrepreneur who had started multiple Med Tech companies, which gave her an incredible look into the playbook, as she says. Steve asks about the size of her team during her exits, and what metrics they were tracking typically. Steve asks Estelle about the advice she would give her younger self in business, and what she is currently doing now with Macademia.
