I’m the Director of E-Commerce for Savage Ventures. We specialize in scaling media properties. I started the business a few years ago because I have a strong passion for e-commerce and loved the business model of dropshipping.

CAC is around $28. CLV is around $80, most customers only order once. I have done a poor job of remarketing or keeping them engaged with the brand.

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?

Yes. Most customers come from Facebook, Instagram or Google.

I run it by myself and spend 5-10 hours a week.

Customer Service, Social Posting, & Update Website at the bare minimum.
