Tell us a little about yourself. What’s your background? How did you start the business?
I am a webmaster and web designer and I really like a digital business. I created this website with a partner of mine who unfortunately he abandoned due to his work. Being alone I am forced to sell this eCommerce because I am unable to dedicate myself due to the other business I follow.

The products are made by Chinese suppliers.

With smartwatches, the gain is about 30%. The conversion cost with google shopping ads is around 7 €.
How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?
I buy the products through one of our suppliers in China. Customers are purchased through Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising campaigns and we offer cash on delivery which allows them to gain more confidence and push the customer to buy impulsively. Cash on delivery allows us to increase the conversion rate.
Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?
The business can currently only be run by one person. It really depends on the marketing work that takes place. The more you invest, the more your work increases, so you may need more people. The manufacturing process is quite automated with management applications of the eCommerce platform and apps created specifically for the warehouse part.
What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?
All that needs to be done is to restock the goods and advertise on various social networks, such as google ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

The evolution has been made thanks to the manufacturers of smartwatches, creating increasingly better and quality products.

I am currently alone in running this business. Only one person would be enough at present. When your sales increase by doing a good marketing job, you may need other people.
