I run a small marketing agency, and I enjoy internet marketing. Warm Chef was created about 4 years ago, and I purchased it over a year ago.

Nearly all traffic comes organically from SEO.

New opportunities include writing more articles and using social media like Instagram and Pinterest. You can also easily improve a ton of articles the site currently has. There are a lot of easy improvements that can be made. You can also list and sell our affiliate marketing table plugin on the WordPress Plugin store. I had a custom-made affiliate table plugin created that is better than any other affiliate table on the WordPress plugin store. You can see the plugin in action on the Warm Chef listing.

What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?

I have hardly done any work to Warm Chef since I purchased it a year ago, and it has kept running nearly on its own.

How does this business make money? What are the current revenue streams?

Amazon Affiliate revenue and Mediavine ads.

What marketing channels are most profitable for the business?

Amazon Affiliate revenue brings in more money than the Mediavine ads.

How does the business currently acquire customers and what is your breakdown for marketing costs?

Your marketing costs will likely include paying content writers for article writing. I have several high-quality writers I have used, which will be included in the sale.

How big is your current team? How many people does it take to run this business?

I do not currently have a team. I have run this business by myself.

I need the money because I am starting a wristwatch business, which is very capital intensive.
