Tell us a little about yourself. What’s your background? How did you start the business?

We’re eCommerce brand builders that started the business after we saw a big gap in the market. We thought that we would spend time custom formulating a skincare line that really solved a problem in the market. After over 12 months of development, we launched this unique line.

As an e-Commerce business, where are your products made?

All of our products are made in the USA.

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?

Most of our customers are typically acquired through influencer marketing, press and through SEO.

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?

This brand could be scaled by a one-man-band or if you had an existing team it would grow extremely quickly. It can be grown as a full-time project or a side project. Or alternatively can be absorbed within a bigger brand.

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?

Almost all of our sales are organic so the brand would organically grow on social media and Amazon. It would just require someone to manage the customer support and liaize with the fulfilment and manufacturing to keep up with demand.

Can you list a few opportunities for a potential new owner to continue growing the business?

If a new owner took advantage of paid marketing, this would be a brand new channel they could leverage to grow the brand. Additionally focusing on Amazon keywords.

What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?

The brand has grown really well, we’ve laid all the foundation out online from the ground up. From researching and developing a brand new product line in the market, then building the online presence and now the perfect buyer would be someone who can take the brand and scale it up! This is a rare opportunity to take a brand at the tip of a high growth stage.
