Simon Alex Bérubé’s path began with founding Ipnos and creating Relax Melodies (later rebranded as BetterSleep), which he led as the CEO to a successful acquisition by Teladoc Health in 2021. He describes his post-acquisition experience at Teladoc, under BetterHelp’s sponsorship, as an invaluable part of his journey.

Starting from coding the first version of his app, Alex traversed the challenging landscape of entrepreneurship, evolving from a programmer to a successful startup leader, and is now dedicated to helping founders and businesses achieve their goals.
