A Certified Licensee is an independent, state-licensed business broker who operates under the Flippa® brand. They have exclusive rights to represent Flippa in their region, while still running their own brokerage business.

Co-listing is allowed only if the other platform does not compete directly with Flippa. However, all inquiry traffic must be directed back to Flippa.
How are deals closed?
Every transaction must close through FlippaPay or Escrow.com to ensure compliance, security, and transparency.
What fees should I expect?

Both Flippa and your Licensee do:
