Building Communities for Growth with Nicole Yeary

Apple Podcasts | Spotify

This week our host Steve McGarry is joined by Nicole Yeary, the Founder and CEO of Ms.Tech, and Strategic Consultant and Fractional CMO. The two start the show talking about Nicole’s background and how she originally went to school for Architectural Engineering and business management, and why she learned to code in 2010. The two talk about some of the metrics they were tracking before the acquisition, how a lot of the information was actually geographical, and how they eventually had to think about making money as a business. Steve asks about the initial conversations that began around acquisition, and why it was the right time for them to sell. Nicole talks about what she has been up to since, and how she is consulting full-time currently.

Nicole is a Strategic Consultant and Fractional CMO who has led Ms.Tech (acquired 2021) a company focused on seeing more women start and scale technology companies, as the founder since 2014. She now invests her time advising and guiding the next generation of startup companies.
