A Certified Licensee is an independent, state-licensed business broker who operates under the Flippa® brand. They have exclusive rights to represent Flippa in their region, while still running their own brokerage business.

Co-listing is allowed only if the other platform does not compete directly with Flippa. However, all inquiry traffic must be directed back to Flippa.
How are deals closed?
Every transaction must close through FlippaPay or Escrow.com to ensure compliance, security, and transparency.
What fees should I expect?
Your Licensee will outline the exact structure in advance.
Who handles marketing my business?
Both Flippa and your Licensee do:

How is confidentiality handled?
Licensees must follow strict confidentiality protocols. Buyer, seller, and platform data cannot be shared, resold, or used off-platform.
