Tell us a little about yourself. What\u2019s your background? How did you start the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have 8+ years working directly with Amazon on not only my own store’s growth but 10-12 other stores I directly manage on Amazon. A lot of my background comes from my start with a BBQ sauce brand, in which we drove to the number #1 best seller on Amazon. This is really where I learned the tools I have today in order to successfully launch and grow my own business from the ground up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an eCommerce business<\/a>, where are your products made?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All products are sourced domestically within the USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can you tell us about your Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mindset I have for the store is to expand to a one stop shop for anything bakery, kitchen, restaurantware related. As it pertains to CLV and CAC, currently I have several SKUs listed here that have a repeat purchase of 5% or higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the past year, I have sourced digital experts to build out A+ content and the brand store. In addition, thousands of dollars has been spent on brand visuals from product images, logos, graphics and more. Currently, most trqffic is originating from either the search bar or from competitor product pages where they find a superior product when they land on my product detail page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

20-25 hours per week. Typical FBA setup, where you need to monitor the account, inventory, advertising. I would recommend a VA and a FBA prep center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

FBA prep facility, be an expert in advertising, SEO, and keyword research. They would also need to get setup with the supplier – account, address,etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you list a few opportunities for a potential new owner to continue growing the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advertising. This is far an above the best opportunity. Second would be listing enhancements and new products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Evolution has been new product expansion, spending dollars to grow existing product listings on Amazon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does this business make money? What are the current revenue streams?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sponsored brand and sponsored product campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advertising campaigns, $900 -$1000\/month currently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
