Tell us a little about yourself. What\u2019s your background? How did you start the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am an entrepreneur with online and brick and mortar businesses. My background is in business. I started the business originally as a brick and mortar store in 2015 and then later we launched the website in 2017. As covid hit the world by surprise, it was no secret that the online store would grow exponentially so we focused all our energy on growing the online presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an eCommerce business<\/a>, where are your products made?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mostly the USA and China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can you tell us about your Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m not sure how to find out CLV, but I did get some data from google analytics, we’ve had a total of 145,372 users and revenue of $257,567.50. We have $0 in customer acquisition cost, we do no advertising at all and all the traffic and sales are 100% organic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do no advertising at all, we just do very simple SEO and they are 81% coming from organic traffic sources such as google search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The time needed is approx, 1-3 hours a day doing shipments, answering customer inquiries and ordering inventory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Find a courier to do last-mile shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expand into the smoking market that includes hookahs, medical marijuana or recreational items such as bongs, water pipes, rolling papers, grinders, rolling trays, concentrate rigs and etc. Also, we have ad slots\/spaces on the site that we never utilized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s the reason for selling your business on Flippa?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

we have a restaurant that takes up about 14+ hours a day and after work, we are just too tired to do shipments. Also the courier issue since the ban of shipping vape products through USPS and select other couriers. We have huge market share competitors that already use smaller couriers to fulfil their shipments and they are thriving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
