We have organically high search rankings in the LED lighting category and pay for no traffic at all.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This is owner operated and it takes about 2 &#8211; 3 hours a week. The only need is for e-mailing in orders and e-mailing customers with tracking information. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nothing! The order sizes are large sometimes over $1000 and you can spend some money to generate sales and see a big payoff. You can also sell products on Amazon, eBay, walmart.com. We also have sourced items direct with china for LED rope lighting so now a 20-foot strand costs us $6 and the margins are 4x of what they were prior. This could be a very high volume Amazon product and hefty margins on the website mean you can spend ad money on them. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This was built 12 years ago by a boat Marina owner and his son, they did work on boats and decided to start selling online.
