From the pet space to print on demand, I&#8217;ve done multiple 7 figures.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>As an e-Commerce business, where are your products made?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\nChina private label.\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Most of our sales have come from Amazon, but now we are focused on Shopify (as of a few weeks ago).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Yes, but we didn&#8217;t do anything for Amazon. But with Shopify, you will need to do the following: 1. Marketing &#8211; You will either need to run traffic yourself or hire an outside agency to drive traffic via paid or influencer marketing. 2. Customer Service &#8211; We have someone who can be outsourced or you can find someone yourself to outsource. 3. Fulfillment &#8211; We have our own warehouse to do fulfilment, but you could also easily get a 3PL to do the same. 4. Products &#8211; We have enough inventory for multiple 6 figures in revenue, but we get our products from China via private label and can connect you with the supplier. 5. Website &#8211; We do not do anything to the website, but we have the connection to the person who built it if you want to revamp it.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>They will need to drive traffic via influencers or paid media. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Can you list a few opportunities for a potential new owner to continue growing the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 &#8211; influencer marketing, 2- paid media via search-based platforms, 3- retail<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>How does this business make money? What are the current revenue streams?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\nIt was primarily Amazon before being delisted. Now it will have to be Shopify or retail or another opportunity.\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What marketing channels are most profitable for the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Google.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>How does the business currently acquire customers and what is your breakdown for marketing costs?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>On Shopify, we use some google ads but most are likely from our reputation on Amazon.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>How big is your current team? How many people does it take to run this business?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n2 but as long as you outsource the marketing, and use a 3PL for the fulfilment, you will be mostly just monitoring progress.\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s the reason for selling your business on Flippa?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>After Amazon delisted, it would require much more of our attention than the auto-pilot it was on.
