How did you start the business?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been an entrepreneur all my life and have been deeply embedded and involved in the eCommerce space, specifically D2C, for the past 5+ years. I love to solve problems and I love to solve them at scale. eCommerce has been a vehicle that has allowed me to do this with little upfront investment. The excitement I get from understanding a problem and then creating my own real solution to that problem is unmatched. There is no payout greater than seeing your solution adopted across the world by hundreds of thousands of people each year. This was the inspiration directly behind this brand. I saw a massive, booming, trillion-dollar market. But, I saw a specific, still-booming, very undeserved, segment of that market. No one was reaching that segment, because no one understood their problems nor how to solve them. I had, and still have, a tremendous first mover advantage when it comes to this segment. By understating their needs and wants, I was able to provide an impactful solution that scaled rapidly and continues to do so. Each year, this specific business is able to transact with and serve tens of thousands of customers in the US alone. The impact of the business has also had a ripple effect in my own life. Generating multiple million dollars in revenue, this business has allowed me to dive deeper into new solutions and shared passions that allow me to better serve the D2C space. This concept is one of the many concepts that excite me about this brand and D2C as a whole. A successful D2C business is very rarely a zero-sum game. To achieve the revenue figures and scale that I have achieved, I needed to truly have created a brand that serves a real purpose and legitimately prioritizes its customers, community, and staff. Fulfilment is semi-automated, so is customer service. The only other role left is marketing\/acquisition.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Have an eye for growth opportunities.
