My name is Tim, I’m 25 years old & I’m from Germany. I started the business in 2017 because I always wrote job applications for my friends and family so I thought this might be a struggle for a lot of other people, too. I did marketing and Webdesign before so I could use this knowledge to start.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\nWe have services. Our employees are in Germany.\n\u00a0\nAs a SaaS business<\/a>, what can you tell us about your Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)<\/strong>\n
Customers mostly book more times. Once, if they got the job and want to get another new job like 1-2 years later. Also, many customers book again – then for friends or family members.
We have many customers via Google Ads but also a lot via SEO. Our blog is big.\n

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our customers are mainly from Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
We mainly use Online ads like Google, Facebook and Instagram as well as SEO traffic.<\/p>\n

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Yes, it is owner-operated. It takes about 3-4 hours\/day for customer support. We have a worker doing this. Also, we need people who write the application. Therefore we also have workers. The booking process is automated.<\/p>\n

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Not much: Actually a mobile phone, a laptop and internet as well as some Webdesign knowledge and fun in contact with customers.<\/p>\n

More SEO power and maybe you could go international.<\/p>\n

We had a great development.
Our blog grows day to day, we built one page on this website just for the customers from Switzerland.<\/p>\n
