How did you start the business?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I ran multiple e-Com businesses since 2014 and I have already sold multiple of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-as-an-e-commerce-business-where-are-your-products-made\">As an e-Commerce business, where are your products made?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The books are all made locally in Germany-&nbsp; that keeps lead times low and there is no need for a huge warehouse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-have-you-marketed-the-product-and-where-are-your-customers-originating-from\">How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We find suitable books by using HELIUM10 ( so basally standard amazon marketing research tools) and then we market them ONLINE via PPC on Amazon and OFFLINE via our sales agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-is-the-asset-on-your-listing-owner-operated-how-much-time-does-it-take-to-run-the-business-who-else-is-needed-on-the-team-and-what-is-automated\">Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It takes about 10h a week &#8211; I used to have an assistant to help me get new authors, but now I only sell the existing ones sind 3-4 months.
