Tell us a little about yourself. What\u2019s your background? How did you start the business?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My name Manar Noubani I\u2019m a 28-year-old Palestinian woman. My degree is actually in art and education. I started One Pulse Collective about 4 years ago in hopes to shed a positive light on Arabs and southwest Asian countries. Now my goal is to spread unity and social justice through clothing. I also wanted independence and my own source of income through my brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an e-Commerce business where are your products made?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My products are made in the US, Pakistan, and Hong Kong. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I have marketed mainly on social media and at a lot of conventions and events. Most of my customers are based in the US and the second is Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes, I run almost everything in the business because I found it easy for me. I would outsource photographers and models sometimes and also contact influencers on social media for content and exposure. I spend about 10-15 hours a week on my brand. I\u2019m a pretty laid-back business owner but still made a decent income of 2k a month on average.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Be consistent on social media by making content and reaching out to influencers and photographers for videos and pictures, drop a spring\/summer and Winter\/Fall collection (2 drops) every year. Fulfill orders in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you list a few opportunities for a potential new owner to continue growing the business?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I didn\u2019t do much advertising but imagine how much more it\u2019d scale if the new owner ran ads. Also if you add items on Amazon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I started off by focusing on mainly middle eastern customers but then I expanded to a more diverse audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does this business make money? What are the current revenue streams?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I make money through Facebook and Instagram shopping, online orders through the Shopify site, and at conventions or events where clothing is sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What marketing channels are most profitable for the business?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Instagram and Facebook<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does the business currently acquire customers and what is your breakdown for marketing costs?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mainly through the use of influencers and I spend about $450 a month on influencers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How big is your current team? How many people does it take to run this business?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s only me I\u2019ve been running it myself since I started. But if someone wanted to expand and needed more people they definitely can make it happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s the reason for selling your business on Flippa?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m actually pregnant and want to focus my time and attention on my baby coming than my brand (my other baby) lol
