What\u2019s your background? How did you start the business?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I have been doing eCommerce for about 6 years in different niches. During this time I have been able to build few successful online brands and sell some of them. And everything started with a niche store in the elephant niche, where I was selling products to people who love elephants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-if-you-are-an-e-commerce-business-where-are-your-products-made\"><strong>If you are an e-Commerce business where are your products made?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All of our products are produced in China, but they follow strict requirements for production and have the needed certifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-have-you-marketed-the-product-and-where-are-your-customers-originating-from\"><strong>How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have been doing Facebook marketing and most of our customers are from German-speaking countries like Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-is-the-asset-on-your-listing-owner-operated-how-much-time-does-it-take-to-run-the-business-who-else-is-needed-on-the-team-and-what-is-automated\"><strong>Is the asset on your listing owner-operated, how much time does it take to run the business, who else is needed on the team, and what is automated?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, we are two people in the team and we run the whole business. It takes not more than few hours per week to run the business. We have automated only the fulfillment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-does-someone-need-to-do-to-continue-operating-the-business-in-its-current-form\"><strong>What does someone need to do to continue operating the business in its current form?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are few things needed &#8211; order new stock when is needed, answer customer emails and launch new ad campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-can-you-list-a-few-opportunities-for-a-potential-new-owner-to-continue-growing-the-business\"><strong>Can you list a few opportunities for a potential new owner to continue growing the business?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Testing new angles for the ad creatives and copies; Scaling in different countries; Doing better email marketing; Building strategic partnerships with other companies; Run traffic on other advertising platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-has-been-the-evolution-of-this-asset-since-its-launch\"><strong>What has been the evolution of this asset since its launch?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have built new packaging, added different tools for easier installation, added a certificate for increasing the perceived value of the product, building an email list, changed the level of filtration, tested the product for some certifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-does-this-business-make-money-what-are-the-current-revenue-streams\"><strong>How does this business make money? What are the current revenue streams?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It makes money by selling its core product &#8211; tap water purifier &#8211; PuryFyre and its funnel. It also has additional subscription revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-marketing-channels-are-most-profitable-for-the-business\"><strong>What marketing channels are most profitable for the business?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Facebook ads<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-does-the-business-currently-acquire-customers-and-what-is-your-breakdown-for-marketing-costs\"><strong>How does the business currently acquire customers and what is your breakdown for marketing costs?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It acquires customers only by using Facebook marketing.
