Did you start this site or did you acquire it somewhere in the 10 year history?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I started this site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We originally manufactured this product as SimpleTieDimple and it was a bit larger in size, the manufacturing was in the USA at that time. We then outsourced to china and went through some changes in packaging. I have been the owner since this products inception. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My background is in product design, development and manufacturing.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where are the clips made? Are you storing them on site and shipping or do you work with a fulfillment company?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>They are made in Xiamen China and then the products are DHL air mailed to Central Texas to a ShipBob.com warehouse where they are stored until they are shipped to customers.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fulfillment center in Texas handles all fulfillment in a drop-ship like method. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve also been fortunate to have never needed to handled returns in the entire history of this product being sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How have you marketed the product and where are your customers originating from?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Youtube<br>Word of mouth<br>Some online blogs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primarily this has been selling organically for the past several years. There is so much potential if someone wanted to put in some marketing efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can you list a few opportunities for a potential new owner to continue growing the business?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional youtube videos, partnerships\/sponsorships, youtube promos using grapevinelogic.com. This is a very demonstrable product, perfect for instagram videos or even tiktok.
